The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the Charlotte Hornets on Friday to complete not only a home-and-home series and they could be getting a certain superstar big man back in the lineup.
Joel Embiid missed Monday's contest against the Charlotte Hornets due to a right sinus fracture he suffered in a Dec. 13 loss to the Indiana Pacers. He had to leave the game at halftime after being hit in the face which caused the fracture.
Embiid has practiced on both Wednesday and Thursday and is now upgraded to questionable against the Hornets. If he can return, it would provide a big boost to Philadelphia's lineup on both ends of the floor.
