The Detroit Pistons potentially suffered an injury blow on Wednesday.
Jalen Duren rolled his ankle early in the first quarter of their road game against the Charlotte Hornets. He winced as he exited the floor following a timeout by head coach J.B. Bickerstaff, but re-entered the game.
It appeared his ankle was still ailing him, and he didn't re-enter the first half after subbing out of the first quarter with 4:29 remaining. Paul Reed entered the game in Duren's stead midway through the second quarter.
THE BIG PICTURE: Detroit Pistons are leaning on their defense.
