It has been reported by Yahoo Sports, that the Charlotte Hornets will not make a qualifying offer to guard, Jeff Taylor, making him an unrestricted free agent.
June 30th is the final day to make a qualifying offer to players before the July 1st moratorium.
Taylor only played in 29 games for the Hornets this past season. He averaged 4.4 point per game. In September of last year he was charged with one count of domestic assault, assault, and malicious destruction of property. After he pleaded guilty to these charges, he was then suspended 24 games by the NBA without pay.
