In a recent YouTube video from Coiski Media, their “Royal Key” series went behind the scenes with Jason Rivera who is the Charlotte Hornets‘ equipment manager. Rivera gave an inside look at the team’s locker room and equipment. He also dropped a couple of interesting notes throughout the course of the video.
At the 11:48 mark, Jason held up the teal pinstripe throwbacks and said “We brought these back this year. Next year we’re going to have a white one.” That could only mean that the team is going to switch their throwbacks to the white pinstripe uniforms that were made famous by the original Hornets like Muggsy Bogues, Dell Curry, Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson.
