Charlotte Hornets sign Robert Franks to two-way contract

After losing to China on Monday night, the Charlotte Hornets have announced that they have signed Robert Franks to a two-way contract. Franks has only played in two games for Charlotte during Summer League; details on the signing have not been released yet.

In the two games that Franks has played in, he has managed to average 2 points per game. This number is low because he has only played a total of nine minutes during Summer League so far.

In the loss to China on Monday night, Franks only received five minutes, and he was only able to put up three points.
