Flynn was taken with the 29th pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Raptors after a heavily decorated junior season at San Diego State. He never quite caught on with the Raptors and was traded as a sort of thrown in piece in the OG Anunoby trade with the Knicks midway through the 2022-23 season.
