The Hornets have signed guard Elliot Williams to a contract for training camp.
The Charlotte Hornets are adding Elliot Williams to the roster according to a team press release.
Williams played college ball at Duke, before transferring to Memphis, and was drafted in 2010 by the Portland Trailblazers. Williams only managed to play 24 games in his first two seasons due to injuries to his knee and shoulder. Williams also missed the entire 2012-2013 season due to an achilles injury. He then played major minutes for an awful 76ers squad during the 2014-2015 season.
