July 7, 2016 – Charlotte Hornets General Manager Rich Cho announced today that the team has signed center Roy Hibbert. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hibbert has appeared in 614 career games (573 starts) for the Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers, owning career averages of 10.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.4 assists in 25.6 minutes per game. He was named to the Eastern Conference All-Star Team in both 2012 and 2014, adding NBA All-Defensive Second Team honors in 2014.
