When the Charlotte Hornets take on the Minnesota Timberwolves, they will be without a majority of their starters and key role players. Plus, they will have no rest in between from their last game against the Miami Heat as it is a back-to-back on the road. That’s a tough situation for any team but even more so in the preseason.
Charlotte travel to Minneapolis without Nicolas Batum (rest), Spencer Hawes (rest), Brian Roberts (hamstring), and Marvin Williams (finger). While a few starters will probably feature in the game, it will only be on a limited basis.
