Charlotte Hornets plan to work out free agent guard Donald Sloan

According to David Pick, “The Charlotte Hornets are bringing in NBA free-agent guard Donald Sloan for a workout.” The pro basketball reporter also added that Sloan “lit up the China association.” The team’s search for a third string point guard continues as they remain non-committal to Briante Weber.

The five-year NBA veteran last played in the league during the 2015-16 season with the Brooklyn Nets. Prior to that, he played for four different teams including the Indiana Pacers, the Atlanta Hawks, the New Orleans Pelicans and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
