The 2019-20 season is just days away for the Charlotte Hornets, and we now know who will be filling out the final two roster spots for the team. Jalen McDaniels, the teams 52nd overall pick, signed a multi-year contract, giving him a spot on the main roster.
Kobi Simmons, meanwhile, had his contract converted into a Two-Way contract. He and Robert Franks will serve as Two-Way players, spending the majority of the season in the G-League with the Greensboro Swarm.
These moves come with little surprise. The team is committed to developing McDaniels.
