The G-League season is over for the Greensboro Swarm. The Swarm may not be in the playoff picture, but Charlotte Hornets two-way player J.P. Macura enjoyed a solid first season in his professional basketball career.
Macura was undrafted in 2018 after a memorable four-year career at Xavier. The Hornets quickly swooped in and signed him to a two-way deal just 11 days after the draft. In college, he was loved for his scrappy play and never-ending hustle.
Being on a two-way contract, Macura was able to play with the Swarm in the G-League and make his way to the big club when called upon.
