On Friday, the Charlotte Hornets found out where they ranked in the post-free agency power rankings. This set of power rankings was done by Bleacher Report, and Charlotte’s rank was not a surprise.
In this set of post-free agency power rankings, Charlotte would find themselves ranked at #28. It’s been a while since Charlotte was ranked this low, and Bleacher Report was not wrong on their projection for the Hornets.
The main reason behind this low rank is because the Hornets failed to re-sign star Kemba Walker during free agency. Charlotte allowed Walker to leave, and he ended up with the Boston Celtics.
