The Charlotte Hornets (21-23) were able to defeat the Sacramento Kings (23-22) at home in revenge fashion on Thursday night. Despite the Hornets’ starters not being spectacular throughout the game, the bench was able to pick up the slack by scoring sixty points. After their halftime lead, it was all Hornets for the rest of the game.
Kemba Walker was the only player for the Hornets to score over twenty points in the game. The Hornets finished the game with a total of seven players in double-digit scoring. Miles Bridges and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist finished the game with fifteen points, making them the two highest scorers off the bench for Charlotte.
