In June, the Charlotte Hornets learned that their backup point guard Tony Parker had retired from the league. This retirement left a gap in the team’s depth chart for the point guard position.
If that wasn’t enough, Charlotte would then go on to lose Kemba Walker at the start of free agency. The Hornets were able to land Terry Rozier, who will likely start for the team.
With the signing of Rozier, it has left Devonte Graham as the second point guard on the team. Graham saw big minutes at times last season when Parker was injured, and he’s set to have a larger role next season.
