The Charlotte Hornets played their fourth overall preseason game and their second game in China against the Los Angeles Clippers. This game took place in Shanghai, China and the Hornets played arguably their best of the preseason so far. The Clippers got blown out by more than 40 points and the Hornets were firing on all cylinders in this one. Charlotte improves their preseason record to 4-0 after this game and they are looking as strong as ever. Troy Daniels, P.J. Hairston, and Elliot Williams all missed the game with injuries. Six players scored in double figures for the Hornets.
