The Trail Blazers always seem good but never great. Charlotte hasn’t won a basketball game in Portland since the year 2008. Emeka Okafor and Jason Richardson led the way that night with 21 and 20 points respectively. Travis Outlaw paced the Blazers with 26 points. Earl Boykins and Raef LaFrentz played in that game.
