The Charlotte Hornets will look to sign Kemba Walker in the following months. If the Hornets wish to keep Walker, they will need to find a way to open some cap space; the Hornets currently have some bad contracts on the payroll.
Walker is expected to receive a contract that would be more than $225 million during this offseason if he decides to stay in Charlotte. He qualified for this supermax, because of the historic year he had last season.
It’s hard to think that any fan would want Walker to leave, but after his most recent comments, it looks as if he wants to stay in Charlotte.
