As the two youngest players on the Charlotte Hornets‘ roster, Aaron Harrison and Christian Wood are the two prospects that the team mostly wants to develop for the future. While they won’t get much playing time at the NBA level just yet, they have the chance to develop in the D-League with the Greensboro Swarm. In their inaugural season, the Hornets’ affiliate is already paying dividends.
By having an NBA Developmental league affiliate, Charlotte now has somewhere to send their young guys to continue their growth and get consistent playing time. Two players making the most of the situation are Harrison and Wood.
