The Charlotte Hornets were somewhat of a young team going into the 2019 off-season, but with three new rookies, the addition of Thomas Welsh, and a few two-way contracts, Charlotte now hosts a vast, loosely organized pool of inexperienced NBA players.
Some players like Welsh, Cody Martin, and Jalen McDaniels can expect to see a considerable amount of their time in the G-League this year, but will they ever find themselves a part of Charlotte’s long term plans?
Aside from the young members of the team, Charlotte also has a few veteran and semi-veteran players that will need their roles reassessed.
