After a limited first year with the Charlotte Hornets, Dwayne Bacon saw an increase in minutes last season which led to solid production and stat jumps for the 6-foot-7 guard. While only averaging four more minutes per game, Bacon was able to double his rookie season’s points per game average.
Given his increase in productivity, boisterous social media presence, and love of fashion, Dwayne Bacon is quickly becoming one of the more recognizable players on a depleted Hornets’ roster.
With Jeremy Lamb off to Indiana, Nicolas Batum aging out, and Miles Bridges expecting to see more time at the PF slot, Bacon will be vying to become the team’s swingman of the future.
