The Charlotte Hornets brought Ramon Sessions back to the Queen City to be Kemba Walker‘s backup. Despite his struggles, Steve Clifford gave the veteran point guard a long leash. Ultimately, a serious knee injury put an end to his season and the team was forced to move on from the University of Nevada product.
Charlotte signed the veteran to a two-year, $12.2 million deal last summer. With a limited amount of cap space to spend after re-signing Marvin Williams and Nicolas Batum, Ramon was their marquee free agent signing.
