On Friday night, the Charlotte Hornets were able to get a win over the Denver Nuggets in Uptown. Following practice on Saturday, the Hornets decided not to let Dwayne Bacon travel to New York to take on the Knicks on Sunday.

Charlotte Hornets General Manager Mitch Kupchak announced today that the team has assigned forward Dwayne Bacon to the Greensboro Swarm, the team’s NBA G League affiliate.
One can only assume that the Hornets have enough talent to play against the Knicks on Sunday.
