A knockdown shooter in their frontcourt could be a major benefit, considering the rather weak floor stretching of Andre Drummond and Adem Bona. Davis Bertans, who was cut by the Charlotte Hornets earlier this offseason, fits this desired mold.
According to The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Keith Pompey, the Sixers are expressing interest in Bertans, along with hometown hero Marcus Morris.
“During the regular season, they’ll look to carry 14 players and keep one roster spot open.
