CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On Harris Yett baseball card giveaway day, it was the senior catcher who came up clutch in the bottom of the seventh belting an eventual game-winning two-run homer down the left field line as Charlotte finished off a season-opening sweep of Delaware 5-4 on Saturday afternoon. In addition to the 11-hit outburst by the offense, four 49ers combined to strikeout 12 Blue Hens on the mound.
