FORT MYERS, Fla. – Charlotte women's golf made the right things happen in Wednesday's final round to finish the 2019 Conference USA Championship in second place topping #40 Old Dominion by one shot. Cecilie Finne-Ipsen and Ashley Fowler each netted top-10 finishes with Siarra Stout and Ellinor Sudow wrapped up tied for 15th.
Stout led the 49ers in the final circuit around the Old Orange course at the Verandah Club tying the school record again with a four-under 68. Stout drained two birdies on the front, three on the back closing out strong by climbing 27 spots up the leaderboard.
