HATTIESBURG, Miss. — The first double-double of sophomore career was part of an overall gritty effort by the Charlotte women's basketball team, as the 49ers ran their win streak to a season-long five after turning back Southern Miss 59-55 on the road in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The triumph kept the Niners in the hunt for an opening-round bye at the upcoming Conference USA Championships.
