Boca Raton, FL – Behind a solid overall team performance and goals by Axel Sigurdarson, Kameron Lacey and Maclean Holbrook, the ninth-ranked Charlotte 49ers (8-0-2, C-USA: 3-0-1) defeated Conference USA foe Florida Atlantic (3-5, C-USA: 0-3), 3-1, on the road to remain undefeated. This marks the second time in school history that the 49ers are undefeated after ten games. Charlotte began the 1991 season, 13-0-3.
GOALS
In the 20th minute, Charlotte's Teddy Chaouche passed to Sigurdarson who blasted a shot into the upper right corner of the goal from 15 yards out for the game's first goal.
