CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Three women's teams representing the Charlotte 49ers ranked among the nation's best giving back to the community via the Helper Helper app. The app allows teams to add their own volunteer opportunities, makes it easy for teammates to volunteer, keeps everyone up-to-date and increases engagements in the community.
THREE OF THE BEST
Women's golf led the trio of female teams ranked 14th in the nation closely followed by women's soccer in 16th. Softball rounded out the 49ers list at #51. Women's golf and women's soccer accounted for 58% of all the items donated in the athletic department this year to the City of Charlotte.
