DEFENSIVE BACKS
The 49ers secondary has produced three professionals in five short years: Desmond Cooper (Wroclaw Panthers, Poland), Branden Dozier (Montreal Alouettes, CFL) and Anthony Covington (Toronto Argonauts, CFL).
Given the experience of this group -- more are sure to follow. Two-year starting safeties Ben DeLuca and Ed Rolle are back along with a quartet of defensive backs who all started four or more games, including cornerbacks Robert Cheatem, Denzel Irvin and Quinton Jordan and fellow safety Marquavis Gibbs, who started at cornerback in 2017.
