CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Behind three double-figure scorers and a strong second half shooting performance, the Charlotte 49ers (3-3) defeated the North Carolina A&T Aggies (3-8), 76-72, in Halton Arena.
Jahmir Young led the 49ers with a career-high 27 points while shooting 9-for-11 from the field. Milos Supica recorded a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Brice Williams rounded out the 49ers double-figure scorers with 13 points.
The 49ers, who trailed North Carolina A&T by eight points at the half, shot 70.8 percent (17-for-24) from the field in the second half to rally for the win.
