Beneath the lights of Jerry Richardson Stadium fans gathered around to watch Charlotte football back in action in the fourth annual spring game.
The annual Green-White is the capstone of the spring training and allows coaches to evaluate where the team is as they enter the final stretch of training before the crisp autumn air rolls around bringing football season with it. The game also provides a platform for new athletes, including previously red-shirted players and mid-year transfers, a time to showcase their abilities.
The man everyone wanted to see take command on the field was newly named starting quarterback Kevin Olsen.
