CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's tennis will close regular-season competition Saturday afternoon when it plays host to VCU at the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex. The 49ers and Rams are slated for a 1 p.m. first serve with the Niners honoring their senior class of Zoe Radojicic, Rocio Safont and Emma Scott prior to the contest.

"Saturday is going to be a battle," head coach Anthony Davison said. "We know VCU is a strong team but couldn't ask for better preparation going into the conference tournament next week.
