CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's soccer has extended its stay at the Conference USA Championships this week and the No. 4-seeded 49ers will next square off against No. 1 seed and regular-season champion Florida Atlantic in Friday's semifinals. The two programs will meet for the first time this year starting at 5:30 p.m. ET live on ESPN+.
ADVANCING INTO FINAL FOUR
Charlotte moved past the quarterfinals with a 2-1 come-from-behind triumph over No. 5-seed WKU Wednesday. Both scores were tallied by All-Conference USA First Team senior forward Megan Greene, giving her 38 in her career to rank third all-time in program history and moving her to within one of Whitney Weinraub (2007-10) for second place.
