UNC Charlotte Chancellor Philip L. Dubois has named a 10-member search committee to assess the qualifications of candidates to serve as the University's next Director of Athletics. Current AD Judy Rose recently announced that she will retire on June 30.
Dubois will chair the committee, which is comprised of community partners, current and former student-athletes, members of the UNC Charlotte Athletic Foundation Board, and University faculty and administrators, all of whom have a strong working knowledge of collegiate athletics. The search committee includes:
Philip L. Dubois, Chancellor and Chair. Dubois has presidential-level experience in four Division I intercollegiate athletic conferences at two universities over the past 21 years.
