TEMPE, Ariz. – Charlotte sophomore Ruxi Schech moved up to No. 95 in Wednesday's edition of the Oracle/ITA National Singles Rankings, as released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. It marks the sixth-consecutive report to include the 49ers' standout.
HALF A DOZEN
Schech, a Frankfurt, Germany, native made her debut in the national rankings March 24 at No. 60, the highest by any individual in program history. Since then, she has been included in every weekly report, six-in-a-row, among the nation's Top 100 players.
Prior to her entering the listings, the Niners' program had just one other player nationally ranked for singles.
