CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte softball hosts Dayton, Radford and UNCW in this season's edition of the First Pitch Classic at the newly dedicated Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium.
Dayton faces Radford in the tournament opener Friday at 10 a.m. Charlotte will follow with a split doubleheader, beginning with Dayton and then Radford.
The Niners dropped their home opener to South Carolina Wednesday night, but will look to get back in the wins column with two games Friday.
"This is a great opportunity for our offense to get rolling," Head Coach Aimee DeVos said.
