CHARLOTTE -- For the second time this season, Chandler Riley played the hero for Charlotte Baseball with a walk-off winner, this time launching his first home run of the year into the 49er bullpen in right field to beat James Madison 3-2 and complete the weekend sweep of the Dukes on Sunday afternoon (March 9).
Riley previously came through in the clutch with a bases-loaded, game-winning single against Old Dominion in Charlotte's (7-6) Friday-night victory over the Monarchs in the second week of the season that capped off a six-run comeback.
