For the first time, the Charlotte 49ers football team will be opening its season on a Thursday night (Aug. 29 vs. Gardner-Webb, 7:30 p.m.), which requires considerable campus coordination.
For those in the campus community and for those visiting campus, please be aware of some changes that are in place for this unique Game Day.
The 49ers ask for everybody's patience as we take advantage of a historic night to kick off the Will Healy Era.
PARKING/TAILGATING
Lots will open for event parking and tailgating at 4:30 p.m., three hours prior to kickoff.
