Charlotte, NC – Head Coach Kevin Langan and the nationally-ranked Charlotte 49ers men's soccer program announces the signing of Jake Gusler, a forward from Statesville, North Carolina, and Ethan Sawdon, a defender from San Antonio, Texas. Gusler and Sawdon have already enrolled at Charlotte and will play in the spring for the 49ers.
Gusler, who played for the DC United U18 team, helped his U16 Sporting KC club team reach the playoffs. He also played an integral role in helping his club team reach the quarterfinals of the Georgia Cup. Gusler also trained at the National team training center.
