CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The annual Charlotte 49ers Invitational will take place Friday-Saturday at the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex, an event play hosted by the women's tennis program each fall. This year's round-robin tournament will feature the Niners against Coastal Carolina, Davidson and Wofford.
Each of the four schools will square off against one another in singles and doubles action, weather permitting, over the course of the two days. Matches are set to begin early afternoon Friday and early morning Saturday and run throughout the day. Admission to the event is free for spectators.
Charlotte enters after having participated in its first full team event of the year, last weekend, at the Wake Forest Invitational in Winston-Salem.
