CHARLOTTE, N.C.– After eleven straight road games to open up the season, Charlotte Softball was home for the first time in 2025 to host the Charlotte Invitational, which included a two-win day against Lehigh and UAlbany, both in run-rule fashion.
GAME ONE
Brooke Bowling got the start in the circle for Charlotte, where she pitched five complete innings and only gave up four hits. Bowling was backed up by some fiery offense that included 10 hits, three of which were for extra bases.
The Niners scored four runs in the bottom of the 3rd.
