WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.— The Charlotte men's and women's track and field programs opened their 2018-19 indoor season at the JDL College Kickoff Classic at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. on Saturday, December 1.
The 49ers hit the flat track at the indoor JDL Fast Track facility to begin their campaign for the 2018-19 indoor season. Senior weight thrower Stevan Veselinovic brought home the top spot with a throw of 19.96 meters (65' 6").
Charlotte had another top-finisher in Jade Jordan in the triple jump event with a distance of 11.
