NEW ORLEANS, La. – Despite outscoring Tulane (16-12, 10-5 AAC) in the second half, Charlotte Men's Basketball (10-18, 3-12) could not overcome a 44-29 halftime deficit, falling 78-64 on the road to the Green Wave on Wednesday (Feb. 26) evening in American Athletic Conference action.
"Not a good performance by us tonight... you get into that business end of the year and you got to perform, you got to bring big-time effort against a team like this on the road, and you got to do the little things really well, you have to make shots, and to start the game, we just didn't, we didn't make shots," said Charlotte Head Men's Basketball Coach Aaron Fearne.
