CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers men's basketball program and head coach Ron Sanchez announced that 6-foot-8 forward Perry Francois has transferred from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi to Charlotte. At Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Francois saw action in 120 games during his career while averaging 7.3 points per game last season.
We are excited to bring Perry into the fold as he is the last piece of our 2021-22 roster. He is an athletic big man with good touch around the basket. Perry will bring energy and constantly has his motor running. He will be able to draw from his past experiences and help mentor our young forwards.
