CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Imani Rochelle and Kiersten Berrier both collected a multi-hit outing in game one on Saturday, though the 49ers were shutout by UAB 9-0 in five innings. Game two was suspended due to weather and will resume at 10 a.m. Sunday (May 5) morning.

Imani Rochelle and Kiersten Berrier both recorded a multi-hit game, accounting for all four hits in the contest for Charlotte (15-33, 6-15). Berrier's fourth triple of the season and single account for her 14th multi-hit game of 2019, which leads the squad; Rochelle tabbed her seventh multi-hit game of her freshman campaign with her double to left center in the second inning.
