BATON ROUGE, La. — Charlotte Softball got a much needed bounce back win against the Central Arkansas Bears in their final game of the Tiger Classic, prevailing victorious with a final score of 7-6.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Charlotte came out of the gate hot in the top of the first. Sophomore Olivia Williams smoked a double to center field on the first pitch of the game to get the rally going. From there eight more Niners saw the plate, and four runs came around in the inning.
Brooke Bowling got the start in the circle for Charlotte where she pitched a one-two-three first before exiting the game in the second after giving up three runs.
