CONWAY, S.C. – Charlotte women's tennis battled through another tight doubles point before garnering three straight-set singles triumphs to cap the regular-season road calendar with a 4-1 victory at Coastal Carolina Sunday morning.
DOUBLES WON IN TIEBREAKER, AGAIN
The 49ers picked up the first court win in doubles, starting the day with a 6-2 decision by senior Rocio Safont and freshman Emma Wilkins over the Chanticleers' Kristyna Jurkova and Valentina Urelli in the No. 3 clash. Coastal Carolina responded with a tiebreaker victory at the No. 1 spot.
