CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte volleyball will once again be a nationwide pillar in the month of October as the annual Dig Pink campaign begins. A full month of events begins to help raise money for breast cancer research. The playing schedule also continues with nine matches starting with a make-up match at N.C. Central on Tuesday night.
A few familiar events are back on this year's slate beginning with the Chick-Fil-A lunch afternoon at the JW Clay Blvd location next to the Hilton. The 49ers will be on hand partnering with Chick-Fil-A again this season from 10am-1pm collecting donations.
