CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Fresh off the first win of the season on Thursday night, the Charlotte 49ers women's soccer team hosts No. 25 Clemson at Transamerica Field on Sunday evening (Sept. 8) at 7 p.m.
SCOUTING THE TIGERS
Clemson (4-1-1) started the season ranked No. 5 in the United Soccer Coach Preseason Poll after reaching the College Cup semifinals last season but fell to Auburn, 4-0, in the season opener. That's the only loss for the Tigers this season as they've rebounded with four straight wins and a draw, most recently tying in-state rival South Carolina 1-1 on Thursday night.
